READ.ME for IC22731

Description:

When the network cable is unplugged and then plugged
back, ping shows Network Down with token ring adapters.
Adapter stays UP but not RUNNING.

Installation instructions:
--------------------

1. Copy the IC22731.exe into a temporaray directory , say C:\TEMP.
   Run the EXE by typing IC22731 and press ENTER.
   It will create 3 files: AFINET.SYS, SOCKET.SYS and  READ.ME

2.Replace the D:\MPTN\PROTOCOL\AFINET.SYS with the new AFINET.SYS .

3.Replace the D:\MPTN\PROTOCOL\SOCKETS.SYS with the new SOCKETS.SYS .

4.Reboot the machine.
