Unzip new_Xt_dll.zip after lib.zip. It replaces libXt.

I eventually figured out that NEdit has problems with more than one window only
with LessTif version 0.93.34. If using lesstif-bin.zip (which, I think, is
version 0.93.19) the problem is gone. But for this version yet another function
has to exported by Xt.dll.
