For this version I modified the select() implementation to (hopefully ;-) improve performance 
for remote clients. It does *not* use the high resolution timer anymore, and therefore the 
option '-os2HRTimer' is now *invalid*.

Please test, but keep in mind that this is beta software (although it doesn't identify itself 
as such) and be careful. Watch performace of Xserver, impact on your system performace, and your logfile for errors.
