Speaker / battery unit will fit from Mod. 70/80 too.
Model 65 uses similar construction, but has no battery-contacts (Dallas chip on board instead)

Battery is a 6V-lithium battery CR-P2 (Panasonic) as used in smaller Auto-Focus cameras.
Are mostly available in photo-shops or photo departments of warehouses.
Often used BR-P2 as type - but same thing. Equivalents from Kodak, Sony, Mallory, Varta ...

Speaker is a standard 0.5 Watt/8 Ohms type - very cheap for the beep :-)
