UZ / Jan 2006:  This adapter is largely unknown and probably never released. I bought two pieces shortly after the Vienna branch of Tandon had been bought by Siemens. The Tandon adapter is based on AM53C80JC (© 1986 AMD) which is also used in some Trantor or compatible cards. The BIOS is from BALLARD SYNERGY, below some readable text from the BIOS:
