Type Labels: RS/6000 adapters are labeled to identify the adapter type. If you know the adapter type number, use the RS/6000 Adapter Type Reference List to find the name of the adapter. If you know the adapter ID number, use the RS/6000 Adapter ID Reference List to find the name of the adapter.
