Troubleshooting Guide
If you still have problems with your client, contact DB2 Customer
Service with the following information:
- A description of the events leading up to the problem
- A full description of the problem, including any SQL messages and
associated reason codes
- db2diag.log and any trap or dump files, for both the client and server
(see "Understanding First Failure Data Capture")
- Output from the following commands:
- LIST DB DIRECTORY
- LIST NODE DIRECTORY
- GET DBM CONFIG
- ODBC/CLI traces for ODBC applications (see "Taking a CLI/ODBC/JDBC Trace")
Your DB2 Customer Service representative may also ask for and describe how
to take a protocol stack trace.
