Still Have Problems?

If you still have problems with your DB2 Extended Enterprise Edition system, contact DB2 Customer Service with the following information:

• A description of the events leading up to the problem

• A full description of the problem, including any SQL messages and associated reason codes

• db2diag.log, and any trap or dump files, for each node (see "Understanding First Failure Data Capture").

• Any SYSLOG files (see "Using the System Error Log (syslog)").

• Any core files (see "Using the Core File").
