Troubleshooting Guide
Before contacting DB2 Customer Service, you should do the following:
- Attempt to solve the problem using all available information, including
the resources and methods described in this guide and on the World Wide Web
site at http://www.software.ibm.com/data/db2/library/.
- Collect diagnostic information (as a minimum, the db2diag.log file and any
dump or trap files). For information on what to collect, see the relevant
chapters in Part 1. For information on how to collect it, see Part 2. "Advanced DB2 Troubleshooting".
When you can proceed no further on your own, contact DB2 Customer Service.
