        Long Description: Fixes some problems with the original EMX port.

                          In particular, it uses chmod() instead of the

                          attrib command and fixes a problem with OS/2 not

                          being able to chmod()/rename() open files.

                          This is a work in progress. Please report any

                          problems to ahuber@ping.at.
