Current release

NetRexx 1.151 is the NetRexx reference implementation for Java 1.1 and Java 1.2. This release will only run correctly on a Java 1.1 (or later) platform. [3 Sep 1999] (A NetRexx for Java 1.0.x is still available.)

NetRexx 1.151 supports minor (inner) classes (see the new Buttons sample), trace var, select case, enhanced import, compressed class libraries ('jar files'), serialization of all Rexx objects, internationalization, adapter classes (see the new Scribble sample), comment pass-through, binary methods, hexadecimal and binary number notation, enforcement of explicit declarations, and many other improvements.

For details, please see the changes list, and the NetRexx Supplement. The Supplement is also available in PDF (Acrobat) format for viewing or printing; a PostScript version is also available, in the NetRexxD package. updated
