The application consists of separate two components: the bochs emulation
component (BOCHS2.EXE) and the display specific component (OS2PM.DLL =
Presentation Manager, OS2DV.DLL = DIVE, and OS2FS.DLL = Fullscreen).  Each
component is built separately.
