						  This is a further modification of Andrew de 

						  Quinceys installshiled decompiler.

                          Bug fixes: 

                          1) I hope I fixed the problem of isDcc messing 

                             up labels !

                          2) Fixed the bug which printed "string" instead 

                             of the modulo sign "%".

                          Use PEC.EXE to run on OS/2.

                          Repackaged for installing Win32 programs using

                          Odin on OS/2 (eCs).
