Replication Guide and Reference
This book uses these highlighting conventions:
- Boldface type indicates commands or graphical user interface
(GUI) controls such as names of fields, folders, icons, or menu choices.
- Monospace type indicates examples of text you enter exactly as
shown.
- Italic type indicates variables that you should replace with a
value. It is used also to indicate book titles and to emphasize words.
